Gender Identity: female

Short Biography

As a 1.5-generation Filipino-American child of immigrants, I have lived experience of the challenges that come with navigating different cultures, identities, and family expectations. I intentionally pursued therapy to support and create a space where marginalized individuals can feel welcomed and accepted for just being themselves. I know firsthand how it feels to not have your own safe spaces of belonging. Together, I hope to build the tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and at home inside and outside of your self.

Therapy Philosophy

I utilize a holistic approach that addresses you as a WHOLE person. I aim to provide therapy that welcomes all parts of your identity so that you can learn how to be kinder to yourself. I specialize in the kind of therapy that help clients learn how to fully experience, express, and resource their emotions as a strength instead of a weakness. I also help build mind-body connections that get you out of your overthinking, worrying head and back into the balance of your body. We can address any past trauma or historical ruptures that may still show up in your present, identify and celebrate strengths you already have, and then find ways you can achieve your goals more effectively and safely.
