BIPOC IdentifyingLCSW
Gender Identity: female
Short Biography
I support Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color through healing and meaningful life transitions. As a bicultural therapist and child of Eritrean immigrants, I bring clinical expertise and lived experience, with deep understanding of the complexity of identity, ambition, and belonging. My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in empathy. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space for women who are navigating self-doubt, career transitions, creative blocks, or emotional wounds, and are ready to move forward with clarity and confidence. Together, we break through internal and external barriers, strengthen relationships, and build lives aligned with your values, vision, and purpose.
Therapy Philosophy
I bring a warm, patient, and nonjudgmental approach, offering a space where your feelings and experiences are validated and affirmed. While I listen deeply and stay attuned to your emotions, I am also firm when needed, helping you stay grounded and focused on your goals. I offer insights with care and ask permission before sharing advice, creating a supportive environment where you can feel encouraged to show up as your true, whole self.
